Welcoming Two New NMC Team Members

2012 was a very exciting and busy year for us at NMC.  As we entered 2013, we were excited to add two new team members to help us be prepared for the exciting projects we had lined up for the new year.  We brought on a new Project Manager in Pascale Georges and a new Developer in Todd Synan.  We couldn't be more excited to have them both join our team!

Wanting to focus her marketing background on the web and digital marketing, Pascale joined the NMC team as an intern in the Winter of 2012.  She came to us with a foundation of diverse experiences ranging from being an Art History graduate of Brown to working at a marketing agency in NYC to going to Pharmacy School at UNC.  Pascale excelled as an intern, quickly gaining a solid grasp of web principles and strategies, and we were excited to bring her on board full-time at the beginning of 2013.  Her focus as a Project Manager is working closely with nonprofit and business clients to help guide them from design through launch and to make sure clients are leveraging online marketing to make their sites' successful.  In just her first month on the job, she has already been a part of several new site launches!

Todd Synan is someone that we have known and been friends with for years, as he has worked with several agencies in the Triangle.  In just the past few years, Todd has transitioned from a Project Manager to Front End Developer by teaching himself to code on nights and weekends and then taking a developer position at another local agency.  When we publicized a position for a new Front End Developer toward the end of 2012, we were really excited to have our friend Todd apply and very impressed with the quality of his body of work.  It was a no-brainer to have him join the team at the beginning of the year.  Todd's experience also allows us to even further expand our WordPress development offerings to clients.  Todd has already built several NMC client sites and is responsible for one of the slicker responsive navigation setups that we've put in place.

Adding two new team members at the beginning of the year, bringing our total team count to 12, was a great way to ensure that we could get a jump on some exciting projects and opportunities in 2013.  We're super excited to have Pascale and Todd on the team, and we encourage you to welcome them if you get a chance.
