Our Philosophy
At New Media Campaigns, we don't exactly adhere to "normal business practices." Each of our clients is assigned a project manager and coder directly. We give clients our cell phone numbers, not our office lines. We're available at any time of the day, whenever you need us.
Also, we're not satisfied with just hitting a deadline - we're determined to beat your deadline. We will give you an accurate estimate at how long a project will take to complete, and then we will work diligently to get it done quicker than we originally thought possible.
Finally, we're not a traditional website firm when it comes to billing. Our clients are never surprised by odd hourly charges at the end of the month. The only time we bill extra is when a client wants to add a major component to their presence that wasn't included in the original specs. Even then, we'll give you a time estimate on the project, and will not bill you more than that, even if it takes longer than estimated. We're focused on building great websites and keeping our clients happy, not on trying to make a quick buck.
