NMC Launches Mack Sumner Communications Website

New Media Campaigns recently worked with Mack Sumner Communications to create the political strategy firm’s new website.  Mack Sumner Communications designed the new site and NMC developed it on the Hifi Content Management System. Mack Sumner Communications, located outside of Washington, D.C., relies on advanced analytics to design creative political strategies for clients ranging from national candidates to non-profit organizations.  They helped President Obama as one of the key mail consultants in two battleground states.  The firm wanted a one-of-a-kind site so nearly every page has a custom layout.

Mack Sumner Communications’ main objectives with the site were to showcase their portfolio and make their firm as accessible as possible.  To accomplish this, the site’s Work page is outfitted with a grid of bright, bold photos with rollover labels so visitors can learn more about each project without effort.  If visitors want details about a particular project, they are taken to a page where they are drawn in by an expansive feature photo and a collection of large visual pieces from the campaign.

The firm’s accessibility and openness is conveyed across the site.  The Team page allows visitors to personally “meet” each staff member through their profile.  A full-body photo stands inside of the screen beside bios that outline the person’s background, inspiration, and outside interests.

Along with getting to know the entire staff of Mack Sumner Communications, visitors can easily find out how to reach the firm on the Contact page.  A large map stating, “Stop by and say hi!” and linked directly to Google Maps directions is the main feature here.  All pages display a footer that contains a live feed from the firm’s social media platforms and contact information.  Through these and other features, the website displays Mack Sumner Communications as a company that delivers stellar results with a creative and personal flare.
