Ashe County Economic Development

Ashe County Economic Development, an organization focused on stimulating economic growth and development, wanted to bring as much business as possible to the western North Carolina county.  The county was looking for a new website that provided ample information to companies looking to relocate or expand, all in a visually appealing and easily navigable site design.

New Media Campaigns and our longtime agency partner Liaison Design Group created a website that accomplished just that.   Eye-catching feature photos, large maps highlighting Ashe County’s prime location, and multi-layered drop down tabs with easy-to-find information all show off the county’s business-friendly attributes.

Visitors can find information about the local workforce, economic indicators, transportation, available company sites, and more. In addition, the site features a connect “action center” where visitors may reach out to Ashe County Economic Development with any inquiries or comments.  Specific information for small businesses and the agricultural sector can be easily found since these are groups that may have a few more questions about establishing their companies in Ashe County.

The site was built on NMC’s content management system, Hifi, so that it may be updated and tailored to change with the economic landscape as time goes on.  This site will act as a hub of information for all companies looking into Ashe County as a potential new home for their business and has truly modernized the county’s economic development initiatives.
