New Media Campaigns worked with frequent agency partner PR 2020 to create a clean, professional site for Security Self Storage that met their specific needs. PR 20/20 spearheaded the content strategy for Security Self Storage, while New Media designed the site and developed it on our Content Management System, HiFi.
Each of the company’s five locations has its own page that is fully controlled through HiFi, allowing each location to keep their page updated with their hours, offerings, specials, and more. The location pages each have a Google maps application embedded directly in the site, allowing customers to easily locate the find the closest location. The website also provides visitors with the convenience to pay online for their storage space.
In order to drive home the theme of “personal customer service” that differentiates Security Storage from their competitors, the homepage features customer testimonials, service awards, and links to social media. Security Storage also maintains a blog about interesting and helpful storage topics, engaging customers while keeping them informed.
Overall, PR2020 and NMC provided Security Self Storage with an inviting, customer-service centered web presence, setting them apart from their competitors.
