Connecting & Empowering Students Through Travel

Travel is a uniquely powerful way to learn and connect with others, but only 1% of high school students travel abroad—and those who do are overwhelmingly affluent and homogenous. Global Glimpse has made it their mission to change that.

Founded in 2008, Global Glimpse is a youth travel nonprofit that offers international experiences where students can broaden their worldview through service-learning, cultural immersion, and a focused exploration of core academic themes. The trips are accessible to students from all socioeconomic backgrounds through generous need-based scholarships and partnerships with industry leaders like United Airlines, Away, Expedia, and Snap Inc.

Working closely with the Global Glimpse team, we reimagined their website with the goal of creating intuitive pathways for multiple target audiences within a bright and welcoming design. Complete with vibrant student stories, detailed trip information, a rundown of why travel matters, and more, the site serves as a valuable resource for students, families, teachers, and donors alike.

We worked closely with their team to design the organization's first logo and brand and digital presence centered on the idea of bringing help to legal deserts. On the new website, the identity unfolds to include rich coral tones, clean layouts, and calls-to-action for joining the effort or accessing legal services.
