We're Looking for a Digital Project Manager - Join Our Team!

NMC is actively looking for a Digital Project Manager to join our team.  NMC is a twelve year old, award-winning, full-service digital agency located in the heart of Carrboro.  NMC's Project Managers have a unique role at our company, putting them in the middle of the action. 

Project Managers act as the bridge between external clients and the internal team here, helping partner with our clients to guide them to success by ensuring our team thoughtfully helps them realize their digital goals.  In this role, PMs get to partner with a wide variety of clients from Fortune 50 companies and international advocacy groups to local startups and non-profits to help them strategically conceive, execute, and measure their digital efforts.  The PM is involved in all elements of the process from the initial planning to design to development to launch, helping them flex a number of different skills and earn a range of experiences on the path to helping clients be successful. 

Additionally, we don't have a traditional sales team here -- we believe good work, great service, and thoughtful perspectives lead to new work, so our Project Managers are integral in helping develop new clients and grow NMC as a business.  While partnering with clients on a project, PMs often identify and present additional opportunities for the client to pursue.  Also, with PMs being the public face of NMC, new business opportunities through referrals and inbound leads often come directly to them, empowering PMs to qualify prospects and put together thoughtful new business proposals.
